Our remodeling consultant will meet you at your home to discuss your preferences and ideas. Whether you have a clear vision or not, they will help refine the project details, suggest ways to meet your needs, and ensure the design suits your space. They'll also assess how your vision aligns with your budget.

Design/Proposal
Now, it's time for the exciting part – bringing your vision to life. We'll guide you on the best design choices for your home and space. Our specialized software not only helps plan and design your project but also calculates materials and costs, ensuring it fits your budget. We'll provide vivid 3D images of your remodeled space. This means you can preview how, for instance, merging adjacent areas will appear before any walls come down. The next step you will receive a proposal for your project. Builderzz will verify the project scope, explain our estimate, and explain our role within your remodeling journey.

Scheduling/Ordering Materials
Builderzz utilizes a highly organized system in order to ensure the most efficient time possible to complete your project. We examine every component required to complete a project and break down your project into a clear schedule. The schedule includes the approximate time that each aspect of the project will take to complete. As well Builderzz examines the dependencies between the components of each project. All of these steps help prevent unnecessary delays or mistakes. Builderzz will ensure that all materials ordered are tracked and come in on time. We will verify that the materials are at the construction site when they are ready to be installed.

Construction
The construction can begin now that your materials have arrived! The crews who will be working on your renovations have been scheduled to the project, and the Project Manager will keep open the lines of communication between you, the crews, and other professional tradesmen associated. He will also handle any scheduling changes or problems and confirm the work is being completed on time. During the construction phase, we will do everything we can to protect your home. We advise removing anything of substantial value from the site before we begin the construction. We use the utmost care to protect your home from the construction mess; there will be tiny flecks of dust that are inevitable. Construction cleaning crew can be requested.

Punchlist
A punch list is generally a list of tasks or “to-do” items. After walking through the renovation site with you, your Project Manager will create a punch list when the majority of the construction is completed. Once you and the Project Manager have reviewed the areas, a touch-up crew will come to take care of any area needing attention and finish up the project.
